SITUATION

The house is situated on the west face of mount Urko in the district of Mallabia. The lands border to de North with Eibar and Markina, and to the east with Ermua, which contains the third of the land. The house and the rest of the land is in Mallabia at an altitude of 350m, at the head of a small valley.

The access is through the town of Ermua, following the road to Markina. At the end of the Okinzuri buildings, turn to the right and follow the way up to the stone quarry.
